I'm changing my review because they truly care about their customers. They have now come out with a minimum charge for homes up to 1000 sq ft. and that is fantastic. I'm so happy with my windows and screens this new pricing will make sure that I get them back next year. Honestly the windows were not as clean when they were installed as they are now. It looks like there is no windows there, no streaks just spotless clean. Thank you again for listening to my original complaint and doing something about it. I love my window to the world. It is my favorite place to enjoy all the animals that frequent my backyard. This year I was beyond delighted with the company that washed all our windows. For the first time ever, ELITE Window Cleaning truly left no streaks visible when the afternoon sun came round. There were not even any dried drip spots or squeegee marks. Tyson along with his helper cleaned my exterior windows on my house in half an hour. Everything looked fine until I noticed next morning that 2 upper windows still had water marks indicating not all dirt was removed. After contacting Tyson about this he said it would be immediately taken care of. Sure enough, Jameel showed up an hour later noticed the issue and cleaned the windows again. Now they are sparkling like the others which tells me that this company really cares about customer satisfaction. I will be using them again. ~ Nick C

Best decision I've ever made! Jameel is so thorough and did a fantastic job. I was more than pleasantly surprised with not only the quality of the work but how he cleaned up afterwards; I had another company leave a mess for me to clean up and I thought it was just par for the course. The owner Jameel looked after our window cleaning for our home and he was meticulous with his work. It’s hard to come by people that truly care about the satisfaction from the homeowners but Jameel made sure to keep us updated and to show us progress on our home. He asked us to check the windows to our satisfaction and whenever we let him know something he always ensured to clean it to the best of his ability. We’re truly happy with the results on our home. We appreciated the excellent communication from Elite Window Cleaning. Our windows and screens look amazing and the gutters were thoroughly cleaned out as well. The before and after photos helped us to better understand what had been done to improve the water flow out of our downspouts. There appeared to be some roof repairs needed which we were glad to know about. A special thank you goes out to Jocelyn for her excellent cleaning and repair job on our screens. I hired Elite Window Cleaning to put up Christmas Lights this year. Jameel, the owner, personally handled this task and even provided a digital timer so my lights come on a 4pm and turn off at 1pm. Jameel was very professional and friendly and did actually what he said he would do. Overall a great job and I did not have to climb a ladder. Will be using Elite again. Also our condo corporation hired Elite to clean the gutters for all the condo units and again it was a professional job. ~ Steve T

I'm never cleaning my own windows again! We're very happy with Jocelyn and Graham's service on our peaky Victorian of many windows. Their system of staying firmly on the ground and using the telescopic equipment is brilliant. All the windows, tracks and screens look almost new, inside and out. This was my first time have my windows cleaned and it was a flawless job. Ben and Jocelyn were very thorough and efficient. I appreciate them taking the extra time to scrape off the heavy caked on calcium build up. The team came on time and where very polite and courteous. I had the full window service and the did an excellent Job. We have older slide style window and that created a few technical changes that they communicate effectively and we were able to work through with out stress. Lastly they left our home clean and tidy.
